Duties:
As a Consumer Frauds Representative Trainee 1, ” you would process, assess and respond to consumer complaints by e-mail, letter, telephone, and in person. Under the general supervision of an Assistant Attorney General, you may be required to investigate these complaints and serve as a mediator between the consumer and business organization. In addition, you may perform research, records management and report generation functions.” Duties will be performed under close supervision.
“If appointed to a Spanish language position, your duties would involve dealing with complaints from clients and with organizations whose primary language is Spanish.”

Requirements: you must meet the following requirements:
“On or before September 29, 2018, you must have completed 60 semester credit hours OR a paralegal degree/certificate program where either the credit hours or degree/certificate was granted from a regional, national, or specialized agency recognized as an accrediting agency by the U.S. Department of Education/ U.S. Secretary of Education AND two years of experience where more than half your time was spent dealing with the general public in a sales or consumer/customer service or problem resolution capacity.”
