Duties:
“As an Insurance Fund Services Specialist Trainee 1, you would be trained, under supervision, to calculate insurance premium rates, billings, collections, and refunds, and perform policy maintenance activities. You would perform collection activities requiring regular contact with policyholders, insurance brokers, attorneys, accountants, collection agencies, and internal State Insurance Fund departments; respond to these parties regarding cancellations, research credit balance accounts and process appropriate refund checks to policyholders; and prepare written correspondence in response to inquiries or to notify policyholders of a collection issue.”

Failure to meet the educational requirements by September 30, 2018 may result in your removal from the eligible list.
