  1. How do I go about registering for a New York state exams, specifically register of Vocational Rehabilitation counselor assistant?

  2. when will we know the results from the 26-284 Motor Vehicle Representative – Downstate exam, from November 2017?

    1. Hi, most state exams are held every 4 years. However, if they go through the list quickly they will hold another exam earlier. You will have to check announcements on a regular basis. I would suggest every week.

  3. Hello.I sat for the Medicaid Eligibility examiner in July 2017.I haven’t received my test scores in the mail.i hope I will get it soon. How are the test scores and ranked.I would be glad if I recieve a response.

    1. Hi, the test results can take up to 6 months before you receive them. However, many agencies are sending out the results by email. Check the inbox and spam folder of the email you used when you applied to take the exam.

  4. I received my results from the Junior Rent Examiner exam yesterday. I will be placed on the eligibility list for one year. what is the next step in the hiring process? When will the process begin?

    1. Hi Dawn,You should contact the Agency where you would be hired if you need more information. For civil service jobs, you would usually receive a canvas letter asking if you are interested in a specific job opening. Your answer to that letter would then determine the next step in the process.
